Can a fan go where my ceiling light is now?
That's the most common install we do. The existing wiring usually works fine; the box is what needs attention. If it isn't fan-rated we install a brace box that grips the framing, and the fan hangs from structure — not from hope.
Why does my current fan wobble?
Nine times out of ten it's blade balance or a loose mount, both fixable in one visit. A fan that wobbles badly on high speed is worth having checked — it loosens its own hardware a little more every day it runs.
Do you install fans on porches near the ocean?
Yes — with damp-rated or wet-rated fans only. Standard indoor fans corrode fast in salt air; the right outdoor fan uses sealed motors and stainless hardware and will actually survive more than a season or two.
